I recommend getting off at the Hunters Point Ave. stop on the 7 Train.
Once off, you will walk on 49th Ave toward 21st Street. Take a left on 21st Street, walk a block and go along the path under the freeway overpass and then go up the stairs to cross the pedestrian bridge.
When across, continue walking on 21st Street toward Borden Ave. You will see a glass / metal door mid-block (ON 21st street) that says 21-07 and a sign that says STUDIOS LIC.
Enter in the white elevator shaft to the right of the door and take the elevator to the 5th floor (Studios LIC).
